In addition to the learning materials, participants will also receive templates and tools that they can start using in practice the day right after the training (e.g: Kaizen Event scenarios, spreadsheets, audit tables, goal breakdown worksheets, etc.).

We also have the option of delivering  our training  in an on-site corporate format, which we will tailor to your company based on a preliminary interview!

The aim of the training

  • Lean management is a comprehensive training system designed to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge required to develop a Lean organisation. Its aim is to continuously improve efficiency by involving all relevant employees in the company. The methodology combines internationally recognised practises in productivity and quality improvement (5S, KAIZEN, TQM, TPM, etc.).
  • For us, Lean Management is a philosophy, a toolkit, a methodology and an organisational culture as well.
  • The aim of our training is to prepare participants to apply the elements of Lean management in their own organisation, learning its technical and theoretical foundations as well as the specifics of its application.
