Team coaching
Team coaching is typically a coaching type development intervention for teams, groups of people working on the same, current problem and for leadership teams. Team coaching sessions focus on the most challenging issues for the team. The team identifies where it stands on an important issue that needs to be resolved, sets a goal together, and achieves it with the support of a coach and the help of their feedback.
