Six Sigma White, Yellow and Green Belt trainings (1-10 days)
Recommended for:
The target group of the training is employees of a production or service company who would like to familiarise themselves with the Six Sigma methodology and apply it in practise. We finalise the specific objective and structure of each training or Six Sigma development programme after a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs. The following questions must be answered accurately to develop the final objective and theme:
- What are the client’s requirements for the outcome of the training?
- For which types of processes will the company launch projects based on Six Sigma methodology? Where and who will apply the processes learnt?
- What background and experience do the participants have in Lean and Six Sigma?
- Can “own projects” be integrated into the programme and which areas can they cover?
