Rapid Diagnosis
In order to clarify the areas for long-term cooperation and to identify the potential reserves for improving operational efficiency, we have developed our diagnosis below. This enables our experts to scan the entire company’s operations in 2-4 weeks and then translate the findings into development projects in 1-2 weeks in collaboration with management. The rapid diagnosis consists of management interviews, site visits and data analysis. The organisation “only” has to be available, which also means a cost-effective testing.

The rapid process diagnosis is structured in four steps
- 2-4 weeks rapid diagnosis with management presentation
- Creation of a joint development strategy plan and a project plan 1-2 weeks
- “Pushing” projects in the first 1-2 months 10-15 consulting days
- Supporting introduction 5-10 days/month consultancy or project management
Planning is followed by implementation, also in four phases
- Phase I: a detailed analysis of the company’s development potential in at least 20-30 pages, a “rough action plan” along the main priorities identified
- Phase II: Ranking of potential development projects, detailed project plan for the best 3-5 projects
- Phase III – IV: Action plans, completed development projects
