The training is organised by Sämling Solution Consulting Ltd., based on 34 years of professional history and domestic experience, in partnership with Franklin Covey, known as the world’s largest organisation development company.

The participants acquire competences by carrying out tasks with practical elements
  • They learn the principles of organisation development and then gain insights into a new methodology in each module,  while maintaining the diagnosis-intervention-implementation structure,
  • They will reflect on the most common development needs, the tools supporting the design of solution alternatives and the methodologies used in development projects,
  • They will also be able to put what they have learnt into practise, so in addition to the case studies and exercises, each participant will also run their own pilot project, the results of which they will be rquired to report on in the final exam,
  • To support them in implementing their pilot projects. they have the opportunity to request consultation sessions and mentoring in addition to the training days,
  • They can request two coaching sessions,
  • They can also ask for supervision for their work after the training,
  • The duration of the training is 14 days in a mixed allocation (9 months in total).
