Digital Roller Coaster
Living with digitalization and artificial intelligence – sensitivity training for employees and managers
We created the Digital Roller Coaster training program so that participants learn not just to survive, but to ride the wave of change and make AI their partner rather than their replacement. In the uncertainty generated by AI and the digital roller coaster, the question is not whether there will be change, but how we adapt, how we see clearly, how we accept technological change, and above all, how we put it to work for us!
Recommended for
• Leaders who want to strengthen their team’s openness to change
• Experts who work in the field of artificial intelligence and new technologies
• Anyone who feels that “the waves are too big” and wants to build stable internal anchors
The training is delivered on-site at the company’s premises.
1 day, or online 2 x 0.5 days
Training instructor: Balbastre Sébastien, Artificial Intelligence Business Unit Manager, Trainer, Consultant, and Coach.

Master digital turbulence
How to support your team as a leader in the age of AI.
Calm, clear, stable leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is not just a new technology: it is transforming entire industries, reshaping jobs, decision-making processes, and the emotional state of teams.
The burden on leaders is greater than ever: they must make decisions amid uncertainty, maintain focus, and manage their team’s uncertainty and anxiety.
“It is not the strongest who never falls, but the one who always gets back up.” The training does not promise a stable world—but it teaches you how to function and operate stably in an unstable world.
Who we recommend it for
Leaders who want to strengthen their team’s openness to the changes brought about by AI.
The program shows how to create calm in the midst of change, how to build clarity and cooperation out of uncertainty.
The training is delivered on-site at the company’s premises.
It is a 1-day program or an online 2 x 0.5-day program.

AI in the service of office efficiency
The aim of our program is to build awareness and confidence in participants: to recognize which tasks are worth using AI for, how to safely and effectively integrate it into workflows, and how to make all of this immediately measurable in terms of productivity. During the day, we will move from the theoretical basics – “What is AI, what is it (not) for?” – to specific tools (e.g., ChatGPT-4o, Claude Sonnet 4, Zapier AI), prompt techniques, and data protection frameworks. The emphasis is on immediately applicable, tangible methods.
Who we recommend it to
Anyone interested in delving deeper into the following topics:
– The definition and main branches of AI (machine learning, deep learning).
– Saving 1-2 hours a day on emailing, text and image content creation with AI tools.
Obtaining accurate, reliable output through conscious prompting and improving it iteratively.
– Creating simple, customized workflow automations (Zapier/Make).
– Recognizing and handling typical AI model errors (hallucination, bias, over-obedience).
– understand the principles of the EU AI Regulation and corporate data protection considerations.
The training is provided on-site at the company’s premises.
Duration of training: 1 day, or 2 x 0.5 days with online scheduling.
Training instructor: Gábor Szórád

Using AI visualization tools in professional presentations
Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a promise for the future, but part of everyday office work. Our program aims to build awareness and confidence in participants: to recognize which tasks are worth using AI for, how to safely and effectively integrate it into workflows, and how to make all of this immediately measurable in terms of productivity.
Who we recommend it to
Anyone interested in exploring the following questions:
– How can AI become a strategic tool for presentation creation, rather than just a technical curiosity?
– How can we use AI to transform key messages into powerful, memorable visuals?
– What AI tools support slide design, visualization, and storytelling?
– How can we build an attention-grabbing, effective presentation with AI-generated metaphors?
– What requests and prompts should we give to AI to get truly professional visuals?
– How can we create a clean, consistent slide deck in minutes instead of 2-3 hours of work?
The training is conducted on-site at the company.
It is a 1-day or 2 x 0.5-day online course.
The trainer is Balbastre Sébastien, Artificial Intelligence Business Unit Manager, Trainer, Consultant, and Coach.

Artificial Intelligence Compass
Managing stress caused by AI.
This one-day training course helps participants understand the fears and tensions caused by the rapid spread of artificial intelligence.
Participants learn to distinguish between real, tangible risks and exaggerated or imagined threats, thereby reducing unnecessary anxiety.
The program restores a sense of control by focusing on what individuals and teams can still influence in their roles and decisions. It helps participants understand how work and professional identity are changing, without framing AI as a personal or existential threat. Participants leave feeling calmer, more stable, and better prepared to face technological change with clarity and confidence.
