The training was conducted by certified professionals, whom I can contact even now if I am stuck or need advice. Since they are also practicing organizational developers, the case studies through which they presented an area of organizational development were brought from real life, so it was very easy to work with them in each training session.

It was the best decision to complete the training. Looking back to the past 6 months, there was a specific business situation every day when I could use what I have learned in the training.
What I liked about the structure of the training is that the lessons slowly started to come together for the exam, and all was integrated by the examination day.

I tested what I had learned in each training session the following week in my workplace live, and afterwards discussed my experiences with the Team (with capital letters) in the next training session. My progress was real and beyond my expectations!

I recommend the organisational development training to trainers who feel that they are not achieving breakthrough results with their own trainings and would like to provide more effective support in the HR development field. I recommend it because their range of support tools will become much wider, so that the principle stated by Sämling Solution Consulting – which I fully agree with – i.e. that we should always choose a tool for the specific purpose, can become a reality. They will get these tools in this training, so their own support work will become more effective.
The biggest benefit of the program was that I could immediately incorporate the new tools and try them out. I felt that the training fee has paid off after the first two sessions already.
