Training of Internal Trainers

The aim of our training is to have the participants acquire an interactive teaching methodology that takes into account the learning characteristics of adults and to prepare them for adapting it to their own corporate environment.
During our adult education programme, the participants learn the skills needed to teach adults and gain a wide training inventory

The aim of our training programme is to train participants in an interactive teaching methodology that takes into account the learning characteristics of adults and to prepare them to adapt it to their own corporate environment. 

Topics include popular subjects such as learning styles, group management and communication skills

I. Learning theories

  • Characteristics of adult education, the learning process of adults, experiential learning theory
  • The joy of learning in adulthood
  • Individual ways and styles of learning
  • Learning through experience
  • Techniques for creating motivation to learn

II. Interpersonal skills, self-awareness, pedagogical skills

  • Identifying with the role of the teacher
  • The present state and integrity of the personality
  • Managing emotions and impulses
  • Problem and conflict management
  • Active listening, questioning techniques
  • Formulating your own pedagogic mission

III. Training organisation

  • Conducting an analysis of training needs
  • Training programme design, programme selection
  • Professional-ethical issues in education

IV. Analysing group processes, group dynamics

  • Understanding the life cycles of groups (Tuckman)
  • Team roles (Belbin)

VIII Preparing your own lesson plan

  • The first two days of the training are followed by a homework assignment to prepare a specific teaching scenario, in which the participants will put into practise the knowledge acquired during the training and which will also help them to carry out their specific teaching tasks.
During the training, we work with methods that help participants develop their interpersonal skills in practise

Participants learn about the theoretical model related to the topic. In this context, they can explore their own specific solutions through working on specific cases individually and in a small group.

The programme continues with the development of personal skills and learning and practising new ways and techniques of problem solving. Simulation and role-playing games provide opportunities to experiment with and reinforce new skills. By analysing video recordings, we develop the participants’ knowledge and skills and deepen their knowledge.

As a result of the training, participants will be able to lead the entire training, from the preparations to the evaluation of the results

The aim of the training

  • Participants will be able to thoroughly organise training courses, prepare training scenarios and adapt flexibly to the group.
  • The course also aims to develop their presentation skills so that they can learn and apply modern visualisation techniques and their rules.
  • At the end of the programme, participants should be able to evaluate their own performance and identify situations in which they can improve their attitude to make their trainings more effective.
