Why do I do it?

Throughout my career, I started to pay more and more attention to what teams or people can improve through me and my help. What can I offer them, what do I most authentically represent?

I think mostly the way how they can cooperate successfully by turning to each other with understanding and tolerance, even under the utmost pressure. I know that many roads lead to success. You can achieve results by force and intimidation, but I believe that has a price. Organizations do pay it: in quality, postproduction, fluctuation, and management time. Day by day, I experience that behaviour breeds behaviour, and successful people can influence their environment without having to give up their values. This is not an innate ability, so improving this, when I see people stepping over their own shadows, is what makes me the most devoted to my job.

How do I do it?

I work developing organizations, teams and individuals, mostly via tools that build on small group dynamics; my work is always based on specific needs. Concerning methodologies, I am an advocate for comprehensive approach. According to my experiences, working towards specific needs, in the long term, it does not serve my work properly to commit to a single methodology. For this reason, I am constantly looking for and researching the newest development tools and incorporate these into my existing methodological repository.

This is partly based on my psychological education (http://pszichologia.elte.hu/), but the methodology of Transaction Analysis (www.intact1.com) also contributes to the foundations, in which I have 10 years of experience, I am an accredited user of the world’s leading change management methodology the AIM (www.imaworldwide.com), the LEAN methodology, (www.smallpeacetrust.co.uk), the LEAN leadership methodology (www.implement.dk), and I am also the accredited user of the intercultural program of the German Refa Institute (www.refa.de).
