Why do I do this?
Because I love working with people, and it makes me happy to support them in living a more joyful, meaningful, purposeful, and balanced life. I believe that the path to achieving this lies in developing self-knowledge and awareness. Our personality is reflected in our behavior, communication, habits, and relationships, and it is through these areas that exciting opportunities for self-development arise, requiring work, self-discipline, and purposefulness.
Teams and organizations are built on people, individuals, so working with their emotions, thoughts, and questions is essential for the effective, high-quality, long-term functioning of organizations. If we want a well-functioning organization, we need well-functioning people.
How do I do this?
I take a holistic, person-centered, and personalized approach to my work, where empathetic presence, attentiveness, and secure attachment are fundamental. Everyone has their own “baggage,” past experiences, and individual outlook on life, so I don’t believe in cookie-cutter, prepackaged solutions. Everyone requires a unique approach, so I strive to work with as wide a range of tools as possible so that we can work within the framework that best suits the client.
I often work with the tools of self-reflection, positive psychology, and sports psychology, while also drawing on elements of Eastern philosophy to shape my approach. I use experience-based facilitation, creative exercises, and techniques that help build awareness of habits and resources. During the process, we always examine issues from multiple perspectives so that the lessons learned can be applied not only in theory but also in everyday life.
Where and what do I do?
As an organizational and leadership development psychologist, sports psychologist, coaching psychologist, and trainer, I work with individuals and groups. As a trainer, I hold training sessions on various soft skill topics in both the service and manufacturing sectors. I also hold workshops and lectures at domestic and international conferences, for various organizations and communities.
