„Being the most well-known coach training is not a goal, it is a result.

20 years ago, when coaching training launched, the market and client needs were very different. Participants joining coaching training are better prepared nowadays; many of them have personal experience as coach or coachee. It is also important to notice that there are many coaching schools present in the market that future professionals can choose from. On the one hand, it’s a great progress because schools need to improve quality continuously; on the other hand, it also makes it difficult for participants to commit to a coaching training.

 

STRENGTHS OF THE COURSE:

  The training is:

  • focusing on business and life coaching areas
  • a great foundation for international accreditation (ICF)
  • 184 hours, an exceptionally high number of hours
  • coaches teaching in the training have many years of being coaches, they are also teachers in coaching schools for many years
  • the coaches teaching in the course are among the 30 most known coaches in Hungary based on a study by ELTE University
  • we are supporting participants with individual consultation and group coaching occasion besides the regular training days. This structure also supports professional development and self-reflection of participants
  • group and individual supervision
  • we are providing possibilities for reference coaching work at Hungarian and multinational enterprises
  • making sure that on top of classical coaching methodology, participants can learn creative technics, different methods, and can learn team and group coaching approaches too.
  • practice focused: 70-30% practice-theory proportion (small group exercises, fish tank coaching exercises, practice with external guest and his case study, group coaching support between 2 training modules, continuous feedback from trainers, video feedback)
  • providing recap for missed sessions either in individual consultation, and/or in small group coaching

Prerequisite for being qualified and getting the certificate: 6 occasion coaching process by the end of the training, followed by a case study that must be handed in to the teachers before the exam.

  • Successful final exam (theory and practice).
  • No more than 20% of absence of the full training hours (possibilities provided to catch up with missed trainings).
  • fully paid coach training fee

STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE:

The programme consists of 2-day modules once a month, a Friday and Saturday, from 9 to 5.

Module 1: Key principles of coaching, shadow coaching

Module 2: Skills coaching (thematic skills development coaching)

Module 3: Methods and technics used throughout coaching

Module 4: Self-knowledge and people skills of a coach

Module 5: Leader as coach, preparing leaders for their coach roles

Module 6: Life coaching

Module 7: Team coaching, group coaching, case-processing group coaching

Module 8: Exam

Trainers of our Programme:

Everyone with a successful final exam can participate gratis in a 1 or 2-day long workshop based training, where ‘Working as a coach’ theme is worked out in detail.
