The programme is created based on 3 principles:

1. FOCUSING ON VALUE-ADD LEADERSHIP

What is the value-add that is being paid for in a leadership role? We help leaders find answers for this question, while enabling them to focus on this during their daily work. Based on our past experiences, it is not possible to handle different leadership layers separately during this positioning activity. A minimum of 2 leadership layers work together to establish and strengthen the organisation’s culture.

 

2. PERSONAL INSPIRATION DEVELOPMENT

Performance review and motivational systems are key in an organisation, yet the personal influence of a leader always has a greater impact. Nowadays, there are free-moving intellectuals who could be motivated to stay with an organisation through inspiring leadership helping them identify with the company’s vision and goals. This is a skill that can be developed; the saying - “One is born to be a leader.” – is not at all true anymore in our world. 

 

3. RESILIENCE GROWTH

Should the leader be weak in resilience, or is breaking under pressure and in crisis situations, no professionalism and leadership skill is good enough to support him. He also needs to be able to grow after a turbulent period, and be able to handle failures too. This competence can be trained, and therefore a healthier path in leadership can be established without resulting in a burn-out.

 

METHODOLOGIES WE USE

A key feature of excelling organisations is their focus on leadership development. Due to this continuous development in such organisations, it is difficult to bring in novelties in the topic of leadership skills development. It often happens that resources are lacking to coordinate the development process in the organisation.

 

Due to these factors, leaders often get trainings built on different principles, approaches, methodologies, and in the end, give mixed messages about leadership.

Our programme is meant for organisations willing to commit to long-term developments that bring along an integrated approach to leadership, as well support leaders with 21st century management knowledge and competences.
