HOW DOES NEGOTIATION TECHNICS TRAINING HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS?

Through training our participants’ negotiation competences and preparing them for difficult situations in their daily jobs, we truly help them endorse company interests at their business negotiations.

Participants’ individual motivation can be greatly increased through raising awareness of their strengths and highlighting competences to be developed.

The competence of purposefully choosing negotiation strategies so that it matches the negotiation partner’s character is trainable. It matures during training; hence they’ll be able to successfully represent the organisation during negotiation situation with an external partner.

Following the programme, participants prepare for their negotiations according to a roadmap, they are more conscious in their communications: all resulting in a more favourable negotiation position during the talks.

Individual abilities to influence will advance, resulting in enhancement of participants’ prestige and impact on their work environments.

THE PROGRAMME IS FOCUSING ON KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCE AND ATTITUDE DEVELOPMENT

We can enhance the competence by the integrated use of attitude + knowledge + ability. Based on our experiences, the necessary knowledge and competence development can happen when participants have a holistic view of the efficiency impact they make on the organisation while influencing their business units too.

All three areas – knowledge, ability, attitude – have focus in our programme.

We work with personal skills development, methodologies and their practices during our trainings. Through simulation and situation exercises, participants can experiment with their newly acquired skillsets. With the help of video recording analysis, we enhance participants’ knowledge and abilities, while deepening their knowledge too.

Participants can develop their competences through situational practices, internationally renowned tests and case studies. They can put their knowledge learnt during the training in practice right away. They can try which technics suit them according to their personalities and their past experiences.
