Aim of training

People have to adapt to ongoing changes, most of the time it is difficult, even impossible to connect to other people efficiently. The DISC based training shall contribute positively to make cooperation, communication comfortable for the involved parties. Becoming „comfortable” in these situation reduces stress, increases flexibility, reduces conflicts and things progress seamlessly. Our program provides communication tools to enable participants to communicate at high level confidently. The DISC system helps us recognize the behaviour style of the colleagues and people we work with, this way assists us to adapt and react properly to each-other, speaking the same language at the end of the day.

Target gruop

We recommend our program to everyone who is interested in the different behaviours and their motives. How these qualities appears in everyday and professional communication, in problem solving and cooperation. The program provides an effective compass in real or even in digital environment.
