Why do I do it?
Since my youth, I’ve felt a calling toward both helping others and creative work. My curious, experimental, and learning-oriented nature constantly drives me to explore new challenges and acquire new knowledge – both in theory and through practice and experience.
I believe in constant change and ongoing development, and I strive to support my clients in achieving this, whether on an individual, group, or organizational level. I hold the belief that resources lie within every person and every organization, but sometimes it needs an external perspective, a shift in viewpoint, or a catalyst to move forward from a stucked situation.
How do I do it?
I like to approach challenges holistically, with a systems-thinking mindset. I aim for mutual satisfaction and win-win solutions – creating value while enjoying the work I do.
Client feedback is important to me, and instead of symptomatic treatment, I focus on finding real, tailored solutions together with them. I apply the methods I’ve already mastered in a flexible and often combined way, and I’m always open to learning new approaches.
I pay attention to my own well-being – I exercise regularly, meditate, and strive to bring that quality into my professional work as well.
Where and what do I do?
In addition to my experience in HR, I’ve been working as an entrepreneur since 2018. My portfolio include HR consulting, organizational development, coaching, and various training programs. My clients are multinationals, SMEs, NGOs, startups, and mixed groups in adult education settings.
I have a strong affinity for design thinking/service design, the use of outdoor tools, art therapy and creative elements, gamification, solution-focused approaches, and agile methodologies. Topics I particularly enjoy include self-awareness, leadership self-awareness, leadership tools, career planning, collaboration, group dynamics, team building (indoor and outdoor); and I also enjoy working on process development.
