Team Coaching

OUR TEAM COACHING

Team coaching is a coaching-type development method that is mainly in focus for leadership teams, or for teams working on similar issues. During team coaching sessions, the most challenging common themes come into the limelight. The team defines where they are standing currently with an important question, they form a common goal. There is the support and feedback of the coach throughout, yet they as a team combine their force and reach their goals together.

The coach keeps the process under control, facilitates conflict resolution and problem resolution. The coach makes sure there is a common understanding of honesty, transparency and traceability during the process.

All in all, team coaching is aiming at increasing a team’s efficiency.

OUR METHODS

We did not commit to any special school or method in coaching. We are methodology integrators, and our aim is to always use the most applicable methods in whatever focus areas we enter.

We use supervision, action learning, transaction analysis, solution focus and change management elements.

WHAT DO WE DO? HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

The team coaching process aims at shedding light on the collective resources, existing competences, efficient operational schemes, individual and common experiences the team has. These assets support change, and a responsible handling of the new situations. The team coach is there to frame this process. The coach is an unbiased and objective participant, providing feedback, hence generating new and persistent solutions to problems arising. Throughout a team coaching process, deep changes can happen in an organisation. The team, together with the coach, formulates exact objectives, collects practices that serve the team in reaching their goals the most efficient way possible. The coach supports with the analysis of fresh experiences, provides feedback on the progress done, and focuses the team on the road ahead.
