Aim of the program

It is important to emphasize that this program follows the’waterfall’ methodological elements; or in other words, this is training on traditional project management approaches. Of course, a lot of techniques can be acquired in this program that will be compatible with an agile environment too. Our program is more than the classical concept of project management education.  In addition to classic design and implementation tools, there is also great focus on human resource management.

Target group

We recommend our blended learning training to anyone who wants to complete their complex tasks and projects more efficiently and who wants to acquire the methodological knowledge that will ensure the success. In addition, the program offers, on human and hard skill side, own learning methodologies. (Project management experience is not required to participate in this program.)
