Practical task project management
Recommended for:
The programme is recommended for beginner project managers who have already encountered project management skills during their studies or work and it is important for them to deepen their knowledge and put it into practise. For experienced project managers who want to expand their inventory with methodologies that have been proven in change management and can be adapted to project management. Fresh project teams who want to “be on the same page”. As well as for novice project managers and team members who are facing new challenges and want to learn best practises for managing more complex projects. During the training, participants will acquire methodological knowledge that will enable them to manage their more complex tasks and projects more effectively in the future, both on the human and technical side.
Advanced practical task project management
Recommended for:
For anyone who has been involved in projects for a longer period of time, either as a project manager or project team member (in an expert role) and would like to improve their methodological knowledge in order to familiarise themselves with the recommendations of the German Project Management Institute on the effectiveness of project management, project planning and implementation. Prerequisite for the programme is participation in a previous project management training or min. 1 year of practical experience project implementation as a project manager or team member. During the programme, we work with the participants’ real projects, therefore, to prepare for the programme, we therefore ask each participant to prepare a presentation of approx. 3-5 slides summarising the key features of their project and its current issues.
Modular programme for managers and project leaders
Recommended for:
We offer our development programme to managers, project managers and project team members who either want to participate in a comprehensive competence development programme or learn and practise specific methodologies, tools and topics in detail.
The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the tools and methodologies for project management in a customised, modular format, that is tailored to their needs. The modules are structured in a mosaic of different topics that cover different areas of competence. Additional customised modules can be added according to specific needs.
The human side of project management
Recommended for:
The programme is proposed as a vertical programme for teams, or as a horizontal programme for staff from any part of the organisation who also work on projects.
Project participants will learn how, who, at what stage and with what message they should address in order to maximise commitment to the project and the joint work. During the programme, we will combine the tools and methodologies learned in other project planning and management training programmes with the corresponding communication tasks of those programmes. They will identify the most important forms of communication, key messages and be able to test the impact of personal influence on projects in different communication situations.
Skills development for project managers and team members
Recommended for:
The programme is recommended for beginner project managers who have already encountered project management skills during their studies or work and it is important for them to deepen their knowledge and put it into practise. For experienced project managers who want to refresh and expand their inventory. For project teams who want to “be on the same page” and for project teams in which the project members perform to differently. It is also recommended for project managers and team members who are facing new challenges and want to learn best practises that can help them manage more complex projects.
The aim of the training is to enable participants to:
- Allocate resources to multiple projects running in parallel
- Anticipate difficulties that could jeopardise the project by learning about risk management procedures
- Better meet deadlines
- Determine costs in advance and to adhere to them
- Ensure that the project outcome is in line with the plans
Time, project and energy management
Recommended for:
We suggest introducing the programme as a vertical programme for Teams, or as a horizontal programme for staff from any part of the organisation who also work in projects. The advantage of the programme is that it integrates the already known tools of time management, project and energy management and puts them at the service of the individual in order to improve the participants’ ability to act and manage stress in a multi-project environment burdened by changes.
Stakeholder management
Recommended for:
We recommend our programme to anyone involved in projects or complex tasks where one of the most important tasks is the effective management of stakeholders.
Our aim is to equip participants with the skills to investigate, understand, consider and even utilise to their advantage information about people who have an impact their projects or tasks. The majority of failed projects are the result of poor communication, and we often see projects being launched without a proper communication plan or exploration of hidden motives. During the training, participants learn to recognise and avoid the problems that can arise from the above. Our programme provides analysis and communication tools for everyone, so that participants can manage their stakeholders at the level required for mutual success.
Effective presentation of project plans and results
Recommended for:
For employees with experience in project management or project implementation who would like to develop their presentation and meeting management skills in addition to project planning and implementation methodologies.
The main objective of the methodology-focused training is to develop participants’ computer project design and presentation skills at the same time. The programme focuses on methodologies for project planning, project management, variance analysis, incorporating past project experience, and assists participants in improving their presentation and meeting management skills. The integration of hard and soft skills is a new approach with a noticeable synergistic effect at several points.
A practical approach to project management trends
Recommended for:
Our programme is recommended for project workers who want to learn about current methods alongside the traditional methodology; for professionals and those who work in business, who as clients want to understand the structure in which developers work on Agile projects and what their role is; for those who want to work in an Agile team – business analysts, project managers, product owners, scrum masters, developers, quality assurers, and for team members who are not yet Agile, but whose organisation is either moving to or considering moving to an Agile framework.
Our main focus during the training is to compare traditional project management and Agile project management, to recognise their similarities and differences. Our experience has shown that no methodology is considered to be the golden standard, which is why we believe it is important to always choose the right methodology for the project! Our aim is to familiarise participants with the benefits of both methodologies, so that they can adapt to changing requirements and organisational situations, while also time promoting organisational functioning with motivated employees. Each organisation must interpret the recommendations of each methodology for itself and develop its own operational framework for project management. During the workshop enriched with training elements, we aim to provide theoretical and practical resources for this process.
Organisational practises for sustainable Agile operations
Recommended for:
This programme is aimed at key players in Agile operations, executives, project managers, SCRUM Masters, Agile Coaches, internal organisational development and change managers who are already working in a company with an Agile approach and want to learn complementary methodologie or have already implemented it and want to improve their methodology, or who have already implemented but are curious about an overview – the integrated practical applications of the soft and hard factors – that will help them get started, or those who are about to implement and want a more comprehensive view to help them decide on the right direction and what to look out for if they want to fully utilise the enormous benefits of being Agile.
The key hard and soft factors required to implement and sustain Agile operations will be presented through case studies and practical examples. Our aim is to enable participants to adapt to changing customer needs and organisational situations, while delivering a high quality product while keeping their staff motivated.

For example, for Managers, Entrepreneurs, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Project Managers. Are you a new manager or at the early stages of your management career? Agile leaders and resilient teams
Recommended for:
For leaders, managers and team members who want their teams to become more Agile and resilient, even under stress and in the event of rapid change. We aim to build teams and organisations that thrive under change and remain resilient under stress.
The training equips participants with the inventory of the Agile leadership model, giving them the tools to make decisions, resolve conflicts and build team relationships, so they can create a team that can overcome any possible changes and challenges. They will learn the interpersonal skills they need to inspire their teams to achieve high performance as individuals and as a group.
Agile basics: Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Recommended for:
The training is recommended for those who want to work in an Agile team – business analysts, project managers, product owners, Scrum masters, developers, quality assurers; or for current Agile team members who want to deepen their understanding of Agile processes or learn new methods (Scrum, Kanban or Scrumban). Also for team members who are not yet Agile, but whose organisation is moving to or considering moving to an Agile framework. Or for IT and business managers who are tasked with adapting and innovating project methodologies to maintain competitiveness.
The aim of the training is to master the Agile principles, values, approaches and a mindset, so that organisations can change or respond to change faster and at lower cost.
From idea to project – Design thinking training
Recommended for:
Design Thinking is a new type of effective methodology that is also closely linked to Agile project management. The greatest level of knowledge during the life of a company lies with the users, where the real work is done. They are the first to encounter the problem and the first to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement. Design thinking approaches innovation from the user’s perspective. Design Thinking is a creative, problem-solving way of thinking that helps to creatively solve complex development problems that still have uncertain points at a given point in time, responding to users’ needs through collaborative teamwork and supportive leadership.
We recommend the training for employees who want to organise their innovative ideas in a structured way that can then be presented to managers, or for HR staff who want to develop a more people-centred, engagement-based approach to their workplace programmes, or for product managers who want their teams to focus on user experience when designing new features. It is also an interesting topic for managers, project staff, experts (in business, technology or support units) across the whole spectrum of the organisation.
