Why do I do it?

Wherever we go at the end of the „road” we meet ourself. The more we are conscious and prepared the more these meetings are joyful and fruitful. A mentor who can give us a helping hand, direction or just some idea, can help us a lot. This is what the trainer role is about for me. Being a responsible mentor who identifyies the direction, measures up the skills and supports with knowledge and thoughtfulness. Finally make sure that everyone reaches the destination, safe and sound.

How do I do it?

I work with teams where we move out of comfort-zone, together but still on the safe side to learn and experience more and more about the situations, symptoms and the others around us. The theories I work with are ready to use immediately and not only on the job but also in our private life. Of course the value-to-behaviour „path” is long and we need a lot of practice to be able to change, therefore I have been working on the digital follow-ups of my trainings for many years.

What do I do?

I am working in skill and organisation development programmes. In skill development I prefer to develop assertiveness, constructive communication, leadership skills, DISC based behaviour typology, cooperation development, measurements, report feedbacks etc…

In leadership development I prefer to work with the leaders’ role and self recognition, delegation, motivation, conflict handling, feedback giving and „leaders’ toolbox-development”.
