WHY DO I DO IT?
Every day is another proof that the people I’m working with are able to move forward in the topics most relevant to them exactly then and there. One or two or three steps, it almost does not matter, a well understood consultancy presence is able to create that “space”, speak with that “voice”, and stay silent in the way that helps to move ahead. Always, without exceptions. To state all this needs quite some courage, and, of course, hard work. What hard work means here is the self-labor, self-development and constant learning of the consultant. And that is what I like.
HOW DO I DO IT?
I work with fast, solution-oriented techniques that build upon each other, which consist of interactive tasks focusing on the client’s current needs, short theoretical instructions, and a lot of joint creative work. The answer is always where the question arises, so whichever I would use of the nearly 30 methods I have studied throughout my career, I always start by finding the common most important question, and for the answer I use the experience and wisdom of the individuals and the groups. The accordance that is created through the joint work consists of 4 phases: finding out what is really needed, going through a sustainable learning process together, examining together what specific and measurable benefits and everyday effects the process has resulted in, and finally, developing a system that ensures that what the group has learnt becomes permanent and is incorporated into the daily operations of the given organization. Of course, in addition to the practical experience, I have finished many courses, sociology, psychology, coaching techniques, organizational development, yoga, change management, economics, and law, all are part of my life. I am also currently studying art therapy and improving my skills in the methodologies of advanced MBTI and LEAN.

More than 25 years of work with a variety of groups; homeless people, families, healthcare workers, banks, factories, small and medium-sized businesses, pharmaceutical companies, publishers, ministries, teachers, psychologists, corporate trainers, corporate consultants. 10 years of coaching, with international companies and senior executives. 3 years of training 26 different country’s country managers and marketing managers, compiling leadership and train-the-trainer curricula, creating online movie curricula in English, coach training.
