Human beings are the fundaments. I\u2019m a listener and someone who walks with you for a while on your learning journey of being human. In the search for your deepest knowing and truth. I firmly believe that life is not asking us to become anything that isn\u2019t already seeded in us and my role is specifically to help your journey finding your whys. Everything I do in my works \u2013 be it personal coaching, team cohesion or a big project in organisation development \u2013 is based on the humane factors. I\u2019m able to have an impact, make an influence and contribute to personal and business transformations.<\/span><\/p>\n I truly believe in long-term, in-depth and quality changes. This is my core principle that I follow in my work, and I also make all awareness and effort to live according to these great gifts. Our world is becoming more and more complex each day, and I believe that personalized solutions are of key importance to reflect on our ever-changing environment around us. I am happiest when I can work with tailor-made processes most valuable for the given person and organisation. My other key focus areas are: intuition, business world and human connection. I\u2019m a curious person, who looks at the world with great awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n I do trainings, I moderate and facilitate workshops, and I also take part in great organisation development project. I\u2019ve been through many years of self-development, as well as professional development, hence I\u2019m using a variety of methods from my toolbox. I\u2019m enthusiastic about being exposed to new methods, new communities both abroad and in Hungary. Renewal, being in motion, looking into the future of humanity and especially work are my main interests, and I\u2019m always happy to embrace fresh knowledge on my path..<\/p>\n My strengths as a trainer and as a consultant:\u00a0I always look for the values of people. This can take shape in the form of trainings, personal or team coachings or awareness raising programmes. My inner driver is to help people find their values.
