Why do I do it?<\/h2>\n

I like what I do, as I work amongst valuable and talented people, in an inspiring and innovative, cheerful environment. I believe that our programs are of real value and have a high level of social utility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Besides employing well proven and practically verified methodologies, I can constantly experience diversity, novelty, creativity and personal growth in my work. I constantly meet new and exciting personalities, from whom I usually learn new things, whom I can help in becoming aware of their current operations, in leaving the usual schemes behind and in achieving renewal, by applying innovative and interesting solutions.<\/p>\n

Hogyan csin\u00e1lom?<\/h2>\n

In the individual and group development processes I lead, I strive to create methodological variety, an inspirational environment, a relaxed atmosphere and free and creative thinking; to promote awareness of existing resources and well-functioning things; to establish the conditions for the ability to concede; to re-evaluate and re-interpret previously experienced situations; and to evolve a novel approach. In addition to my degree in clinical and sport psychology, I have been educated in several methodological trends (Katathim Imaginative Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Autogenous training, Psychodynamic movement and dance therapy, Family therapy), but I did not fully commit myself to a single trend, because I believe in finding and establishing development processes tailored to the individual and the group. In my work, I strive not to apply any single, bound methodology, but to help the development of individuals and groups through choosing from the numerous possibilities the methodology that best suits the individual needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where and what do I do?<\/h2>\n

  • At the beginning of my career, as a practicing psychologist, I worked in consultation, and leading therapies, then about 8 years ago I started orienting towards education.<\/li>\n
  • I was a full-time instructor at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the Szent Istv\u00e1n University for 3 years (training andragogues and human resource consultants, 2010-2013).<\/li>\n
  • As a trainer, I participated in the career orientation consultant training carried out within the framework of the National Labour Office and the Ministry of National Economy (training 9 groups, 114 people, 2014-2015).<\/li>\n
  • At present, I work as a leader of skill development trainings, coaching processes and competence-based surveys (Assessment Centre\/Development Centre).<\/li>\n
  • In addition to my activity as a skill development trainer and a coach, I have been working with athletes for 8 years, preparing them for competitions and at-stake situations, and increasing the limits of their mental performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
