I committed myself to the profession of training in 1991. I have always liked to work with people, it is a great experience for me to help them be more successful in their work and private life and inspire them to evolve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>As a trainer, I constantly learn something new, I meet new ideas, approaches, which compel me to learn and improve.<\/p>\n<p>I meet colourful, diverse people, and situations every day, which still gives me energy and motivation for constant renewal to this day.<\/p>\n<p>This is the profession where I can do good and receive lots of good in return.<\/p>\n<h2>How do I do it?<\/h2>\n<p><span>I work with the development of groups and individuals, primarily through training methods, which are based on group dynamics. I place great emphasis on continuously implementing the newest methods and tools into my work. I learn a lot from my colleagues and the participants of the trainings.
