Train the Trainer

Participants of the Train the Trainer course will have the possibility to learn from professionals with decades of experiences as trainers. They will also have an own-experience based learning journey so that they find their own voice as trainers and adult educators.

You can find more information about the next Train the Trainer course HERE.

The train the trainer programme is own-experience based, where participants can learn and practice the basics of how to run trainings. They also have the possibility to assist trainings with our trainers at our business partners’ facilities. This half-year course provides the time frame needed to learn in depth about the profession. Becoming a trainer and finding your own voice is a lengthy process throughout which participants will have many opportunities to practice.

All modules of the course support participants in learning the most important models and processes, which could be used in their own trainings respectively. The learning tools we use are very colourful. We not only use individual and small group activities, but training films, role plays, and video recorded sessions. These inputs are analysed and feedback is given to participants so they can develop new skills, can start using new methods and can practice technics in a safe environment. During the training course, participants face more and more complex tasks: starting from introduction as a trainer to briefing processes, to presentation, to leading complete training modules. They get feedback all throughout this journey, hence their own-experience based learning curve can be complete. At the end of the course participants become certified trainers of Sämling Solution Consulting Kft.
