WHY DO I DO IT?

 

There can be many explanations behind a person's behaviour. We often want to understand the causes, but we do not always have the opportunity. My goal is to help explore those and to achieve sustainable behavioural changes in order to help my clients improve, liberated from the schemes of the past. This change – among other things – may be about organizational development, which is a shift from engrained processes to new ones. In addition, it can be about personal development, which overwrites the previously used patterns that do not serve our goals any more.

I do it because, in my experience, a lot of energy, time and money are lost through misinterpretations and misunderstandings. In order to eliminate these in the future, I strive for awareness.

How DO I DO IT?

I started my career as an IT consultant, during which I noticed the tendency to be more interested in the clients, the processes and the changes, than the programs and the sure solutions. This way an endless curiosity was created in me towards organizations and people, through which I can get to know their needs and challenges.

I have lived in four countries, worked in eight, and cooperated professionally with three dozen. I have met many different cultures and personalities. This made it clear to me how different we are, and how different it is what is good or what is necessary for all of us. I think everybody has their worth, and I turn to everyone with understanding, sympathy and empathy.

I have spent more than 3000 hours working on my own development after my university studies, which on one hand was and is about acquiring professional knowledge, and on the other hand about deepening my self-awareness, which leads to keeping boundaries and reflective functioning. By doing so, ignoring my “self”, I can focus my attention to the needs and the development of my clients to the fullest possible extent.

It is a result of my early IT career that I like to think in systems. This allows me to see how much the problem is caused by the immediate environment or the entire organization.

 

What do I do?

I support individuals and organizations in problematic situations or development processes. By agreement, I work as a consultant, coach and trainer:

  • in organization development processes, from diagnosis to implementation;
  • in leadership development training and coaching programs;
  • in emotional intelligence- and communication-based training programs.
