Why do I do it?
I am responsible to the Creator to use all I have acquired so far throughout life for sensible and valuable things.
I believe that it makes sense and it is possible to make something better.
I like to think that through my work, I contribute to the improvement of some people’s lives and the operation of different organizations, and that this could bring a positive change to the whole of the Hungarian society.
I would like to look into people’s eyes with the thought that I do not prosper at the expense of others, but together with them, while being a part of others’ success.
I believe that I can really be a consultant in my job, and I do not need to slavishly serve a person’s or an organization’s superficial demands, but rather help finding the solution to genuine needs.
I like freedom, I avoid servility, and I enjoy that I can choose who to work or who not to work with, when to work or when not to.
I am glad to be surrounded by colleagues who are smarter than me in their own field of work, and who represent the elite of the industry, because I can safely entrust my clients to them.
How do I do it?
- I believe that we do not need to figure everything out, but it does not hurt to reconsider, rethink the existing solutions with the help of simple common sense, if we are looking for the best solution.
- Instead of programs, I try to effectuate and support change, so that what we do might have a lasting value.
- I try to find a solution to specific problems and challenges by combining several methodologies as an operational development “generalist”.
- Although I believe in the importance of a positive approach, I do not like if it generates narrow-mindedness, ignorance towards facts, or even the excessive simplification of a given phenomenon.
- I consider people’s opinion, personal experience and analysis of data equally important, as each of the three sources of information can be very deceptive on their own.
- I can work best together with people who like to develop and proceed genuinely, courageously, and along well formulated, sensible goals.
Where and what do I do?
- I travel the world to find value, to learn, to make the best practices and knowledge accessible for our clients.
- I travel the country, and negotiate and discuss, so that the available help finds the organizations that currently need it.
- I think together with the clients about what should be done. What should be developed, improved, changed, and how?
- I create value by trying to find and establish the best way to reach the formulated change, together with the clients and my colleagues.
- I hold and facilitate trainings and workshops, if through them I can contribute to the target improvement.
- As a leader, I try to make accessible for my colleagues the way which allows them to contribute to experiencing common success.
