WHY DO I DO IT?
As a chemist and economist (however interesting both areas were), the world felt small and gray, I was searching for my place. I committed myself to the profession of training in 1991. I have always liked to work with people, it is a great experience for me to help them be more successful in their work and private life and inspire them to evolve.
As a trainer, I constantly learn something new, I meet new ideas, approaches, which compel me to learn and improve.
I meet colourful, diverse people, and situations every day, which still gives me energy and motivation for constant renewal to this day.
This is the profession where I can do good and receive lots of good in return.
HOW DO I DO IT?
I work with the development of groups and individuals, primarily through training methods, which are based on group dynamics. I place great emphasis on continuously implementing the newest methods and tools into my work. I learn a lot from my colleagues and the participants of the trainings. I like to work in an unreserved, relaxed atmosphere to transfer the knowledge and experience I have acquired during my more than 20 years as a trainer I consider it my top priority to help the participants recognise their strengths and areas to be developed through their own experience and be motivated to implement the decisions they make.

- competence development of financial organisations’ (banks, insurance companies) management, customer service and sales staff
- leadership competence assessment (Assessment and Development Centre) and development in the car and electronic processing industry and trade
- teaching methodology trainings
- strategy forming and implementation aiding programs of domestic SMEs
- training teachers
- negotiation skills development for government, ministry, and economical company staff
- I have been training trainers for more than 10 years
