WHY DO I DO IT?

I have been working as a trainer since 1996, as a coach and organization developer since 2000, as a training coach since 2007, my job is a vocation for me, I find delight in it. I find solving diverse situations together and the progress, satisfaction and success of my clients inspiring; for all this, it is really worth it to work enthusiastically. 

HOW DO I DO IT?

I work with training and coaching methodologies, into which I incorporate colourful, creative techniques. Besides psychodrama techniques, value-centred techniques, NLP techniques and relaxation methods, I use a number of self-developed, well-established practices to help my clients achieve their goals. Attuned to “here and now” (i.e. the present situation and client) I choose the methodology and technique that I feel is best suited to the development goal. This creative freedom means a lot to me, and I feel it adds a lot to the success of the processes. I like to work in a relaxed atmosphere, if the subject allows, cheerfully, I believe in the power of good mood on development.

WHERE AND WHAT DO I DO?

I started my career as an internal trainer of Magyar Telekom Nyrt., I worked on the skills development of managers and key personnel, then, at the same place, I worked as an organizational developer, senior consultant, and professional coaching manager for 11 years. From 2008, I have continued my training and coach work as an entrepreneur, I hold skills development trainings, group and individual coaching processes in a wide variety of sectors. My work is based on long-term cooperation and mutual satisfaction. In 2008, I founded the Sämling Coach training – which, to our delight, has won the title of the most well-known coach training several times –, I am the professional leader and training coach of the 160-hour long training.

STUDIES:

  • 1987. I graduated from JATE’s State and Law School, then in 1995 I graduated from the Juhász Gyula Teacher Training College's Health Development Mental Hygiene School.
