Edina Tóthné Papp

I have a degree in Economics, Finance and HR, and experience in multinational management. As a qualified ACC Coach I am a member of the international and Hungarian ICF organisation.

 

WHAT IS MY MOTIVATION?

I am a passionate and committed developer and life-long-learner. Having versatile skill set with experience in multinational and Business Service Centres corporate Accounting, Treasury, Finance, HR and Reporting. In addition to the economic area, I also focused on Human Resorces because I believe that excellent leaders and successful individuals are the key factors for long-term success. As a leader, I consciously developed and trained my talented people and our processes and collaboration, creating the flexibility of the group in a fast-changing and multicultural work environment. When they spoke, I listened. When they act, I supported. When they achieved, I recognized. I believe that a diverse workplace is an valuable asset, since it acknowledges the individual strengths of each employee and the potential they bring. Valuing the differences of others is what ultimately brings us all together and can be the main element to a successful, prospering workplace and a fair work culture.

HOW AM I WORKING?

I am an internationally certified coach (ICF - ACC), senior trainer and organizational developer. My passion is the continuous and sustainable development of processes and people. As a Business and agile coach I am working with the client to clarify their goals and check that they are congruent with their values, creating opportunities for ongoing learning for them and working always to give more choices than the clients presently have. I consider myself as a flexible, dynamic, persistent, and dedicated person and coach with personalized attention to the organization can make a difference in the long-term success of their diversity initiatives. My strength is my information and insights based pragmatic action, and the constant search for innovation.

WHAT AM I DOING?

I was a key member of a Global Business Service organization since it was established 25 years ago, socialized in a large number and variety of development projects, I managed these, using several methodologies and often combining these methods. Among other things, work in transfers, acquisitions, implementation of ERP systems, headcount expansion, and process improvements. Series of Global Corporate acknowledgements mark the success of these projects. I have significant achievements in coaching, mentoring and leadership, personal and organizational culture development. Typically, I compile and manage change management, individual developments and programs based on the customer's needs. Leadership Coaching is a critical source of the support required to achieve consistent and enduring success.
