WHY DO I DO IT?
I like to work together with different people, teams, and organizations. It is a great experience for me to explore diversity in company culture. I especially enjoy those situations when we can find the key to the efficiency of organizational operations together with the group.
HOW DO I DO IT?
Mainly through Project management improvements on the organizational, team and individual level. My approach is of an IT and finance specialized economist, which I cannot disregard when working with developments. I work with trainer, coach, team and group coaching methodologies, but naturally, the skills acquired during my teacher training also appear in my work.
WHERE AND WHAT DO I DO?
Typically, I hold project management and IT development trainings, usually starting and supporting organizational development processes. I work with clients such as the Ministries, through the vehicle industry and the bank sector to the energy industry; practically every organization that has projects running.
